- llms.txt — an emerging convention with uneven adoption: some AI tools read it, many don't yet. We include it because it costs nothing and covers you where it's supported
- Markdown — a clean, portable format that AI agents process more reliably than raw HTML
- HTML — a readable profile page accessible to both humans and crawlers.

What's the difference between Free and Verified?
Free profiles include your basic information — name, description, location, and contacts — published instantly with all file formats included. Verified profiles ($25/year) unlock the full profile: AI search keywords, pricing and services, delivery details, authority signals, FAQ, and a verified trust badge. Our team manually verifies your business — against an official registry or your documented online presence. If you don't renew, your profile stays live on the Free tier — no data is lost.
Is tax included in the $25/year price?
The $25/year is the base price before taxes. Applicable VAT or GST is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country. In most EU countries this adds 20–25% on top. The final amount is shown before you confirm payment.
What happens during the Verified subscription?
Each year you receive updated recommendations on how to improve your AI visibility — new best practices, changes in how AI platforms index content, and suggestions specific to your profile. Think of it as an annual checkup for your AI presence. Thirty days before renewal you'll receive a reminder. If you choose not to renew, your profile automatically returns to Free tier status.
Is my data secure?
You control what is published. Your registration email is never shown publicly — only your contact email appears on your profile, and only if you choose to include it. Your full address is stored for verification purposes but only city and country are shown publicly unless you're a local business. You can update or delete your profile at any time.
Can I use Aiprobase if I'm a freelancer or don't have a registered business?
Yes — this is exactly why Aiprobase exists. Most business directories require a physical address, signage, or official registration. Aiprobase works for anyone: a registered company, a local shop, an online business, or a solo freelancer working from home. If you have services to offer and want AI to know about them — you qualify.
What happens if my profile is rejected?
If your submission doesn't pass verification, you'll receive an email explaining why, with clear guidance on what to fix. You get one free opportunity to appeal or resubmit with additional proof. If a further resubmission is needed after that, a new $25 fee applies. Common reasons for rejection: incomplete profile, unverifiable online presence, or mismatched information across sources.
